These annual goals are designed to provide a measurable foundation for evaluating our programs, identifying community needs, and expanding our impact over time.

As the foundation grows, these targets will be reviewed annually and adjusted based on community needs, available resources, program capacity, partnerships, and measured outcomes.

MEASURING OUR SUCCESS

We believe that creating impact requires more than providing services—we must be able to measure the difference those services make.
