Our Primary Care & Preventive Health program is designed to promote access to primary and preventive healthcare and help individuals and families maintain their health through regular medical care, early detection, health education, and disease prevention.
The program focuses on low-income and uninsured individuals and families, as well as underserved members of the community who may experience barriers to accessing consistent healthcare.
